Villa World property development Carolina is situated in the suburb Plumpton, approximately 30km north-west of Melbourne's CBD, and needed an entire branding identity.
Branding collateral included brochure, stationary set including business card and outdoor signage.
The target audience for the development was young couples aged 25-40. The location is isolated from major cities and so the main selling point is the neighbouring Caroline Springs, from which the name Carolina was born.
